  • Ginger has a fine medicinal price. Take a small part of ginger and make it into a paste with buttermilk and have it twice other thrice a day. Taking ginger along with lemon assists to obtain relief from vomiting. You can even add pepper to this combination. If you cannot have simple ginger juice, you can have ginger tea.

Let it sit for some minutes and then drink the water simply. You can also take two garlic capsules three times a day. Garlic capsules are obtainable at most grocery and health food stores.
  • Charcoal Tablets or Powder :- At the initial signs of food poisoning, take six charcoal pills while sipping a full eight ounces of water. Or you can drink a quarter cup of charcoal powder mix with the water. The charcoal agents will circulate through the bloodstream and aid to neutralize and eliminate the toxic. After six hours, take six more pills with at east eight ounces of water. Most health food stores carry the charcoal pills and powder.
